I am having a very hard time controlling my anger. At first I want to break something.
It is an urge that is almost uncontrollable. When I am in that moment I find it impossible to step back and take a walk or look at it from a distance.
I am constantly apologizing for the words that come out of my mouth.
So far I am lucky that I haven't demolished something!
I can laugh now, but the monster will be back!
In the future, I will try to think of this wonderful program and hopefully I can remember that I can step back. Maybe, do a quick exercise??
